Last updated: 3 September 2026

1. Who provides the service

Álvaro Jaime Gallardo Milla (“DebuggerOnline”), sole trader, Calle Laureano Martín García 16, 29700 Vélez-Málaga, Málaga, Spain. Contact: info@debuggeronline.com.

2. The service

DebuggerOnline provides real-time log and event channels over the web, HTTP and UDP. The service is provided “as is” and may evolve; features may change or be discontinued with reasonable notice.

3. Your account

Provide accurate details, keep your credentials and API keys safe, and take responsibility for all activity under your account or keys. Do not share your credentials.

4. Acceptable use

5. Your content

Content you send remains yours. You grant us the limited right to process, transmit and store it solely to operate the service. You are responsible for what you send. We may remove content or suspend channels or accounts that breach these terms or the law.

6. Plans and payment

There is a free plan and paid plans. The features and limits of each plan are those described on the pricing page. When payment is available it will be handled through a payment provider. No refunds for partial periods unless required by law; statutory withdrawal rights are honoured where they apply.

7. Availability and liability

The service is provided on a reasonable-effort basis, with no availability guarantee on the free plan. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or for loss of data you have not kept elsewhere. None of the above limits liability that cannot be excluded by law, or your rights as a consumer.

8. Closing your account

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms. On termination, your data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Governing law

Spanish law applies. For consumers, the courts of the consumer’s domicile have jurisdiction; otherwise, the courts of Vélez-Málaga (Málaga).

10. Changes

We will post changes on this page with a new date. Continued use means acceptance.
